Expertly designed to complement the HSP Roll R Cover, the Load Bar provides a strong, functional and versatile solution for carrying and mounting items above your vehicle’s tub. The load bar is Proudly Australian-made, and designed to work with accessories from leading cross bar manufactures such as Rhino Rack, Thule, Front Runner and Yakima to name a few.
The HSP Load Bar is designed to carry up to a massive 80 kg of dynamic weight. To clarify, dynamic weight refers to the load capacity while the vehicle is in motion, considering factors like wind, drag, and braking. For stationary loads, you have a potential static load capacity of up to 200 kg evenly distributed (assuming the vehicle tub can handle the weight). This impressive weight capacity makes the HSP Load Bar a reliable choice for various ute rack accessories. For the new Load Bar to suit extended sports bars, Armour Bar or sailplanes you have a 40kg dynamic and 100kg static.
The HSP Load Bar features a heavy-duty full metal frame, offering unparalleled strength and durability. Unlike plastic alternatives, this construction ensures your cargo is securely supported. Additionally, the weight is transferred to the Roll R Cover side rails, evenly distributing it over a larger surface area and reducing the impact on the vehicle tub.

Weight ratings by HSP are to be used as a guide and do not exceed your vehicle’s load limit for the area in question.
